Terms Conditions Terms

Payment Terms:

For all new accounts payment will be by pro forma invoice for the first 3 orders, for clients with account facilitys payment is to be made within 30 days from invoice date, unless special settlement terms have been agreed in writing.

VAT:

All prices shown are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Quantity Variation:

We shall be deemed to have fulfilled our contract by delivery of a quantity within 10% plus or minus of the quantity ordered.

We will charge on a pro rata basis for the quantity delivered.

Retention of Title:

All goods supplied remain the property of Yellow Pig Ltd until paid for in full.

Products:

We reserve the right to alter any details or design of products illustrated without notice.

Samples:

Samples will be submitted on approval and will be charged if not returned in good condition within 30 days.

Carriage & Delivery:

Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment or late delivery.

Carriage is charged extra to the cost of goods.

Claims:

Claims resulting from damage or loss in transit will only be considered if marked on the delivery note at the time of delivery. All complaints of unsatisfactory quality or quantity must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the product otherwise the goods shall be deemed satisfactory.

Cancellation:

A charge will be made on all cancelled orders. This will cover material, production and administration costs.

Artwork:

All prices are based on receipt of suitable artwork. Any amendment or creation of artwork may be charged.

Prices:

All prices are correct at time of publishing information. Prices may fluctuate and will be confirmed in writing at the time of the order. Prices are valid for 30 days.

Logos:

The company names, logos and trademarks which are printed on products shown on this website are reproduced only to demonstrate the effects obtained by personalised printing and as a guide to printing positions. This does not necessarily imply that the products have been supplied to, or endorsed by the owners of the trademarks featured, and these items are not available for resale with these specific logos on them. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
